Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apex-Dynamics ANR023-P2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cgi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applied-Motion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8215G020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17PL0100StepperHT17155 manufactured by Cgi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cgi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STR8 by Manufacturer Applied-Motion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aquatrac-Instruments Brand SMRTASVERA8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aptec such as C214106 equipment made by Aptec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aptec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aptec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RL91056 made by Arnold-Magnetics as well as the popular 293201001643691MHE2815D original spares produced by Artwork-Interpoint

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACB231NF40C2 by Api-Controls and C214106 spares by Aptec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 79869 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arburg.
